Wonka Jr. Music Theatre Camp

Join our Musical Theatre mentors in a delicious, musical adventure as we explore a world of ‘Pure Imagination’ in our short adaption of Willy Wonka JR. Our performance will include many songs that are in the 1971 movie “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory,” starring Gene Wilder in the title role, and new songs. This camp will be filled with singing, dancing  acting, and provide a wonderful opportunity for kids to learn the ins and outs of music theatre. With memorable characters, including children who learn the consequences of not following rules – and ageless songs, this adaption is sure to satisfy everyone’s sweet-tooth! 

The last day of camp will conclude with two performances, in order to accommodate guests, at 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm.

What to Wear: 

Ladies should wear any color leotard. (black dance pants or capri-length leggings may be worn over leotard) Tights should be tan colored and footwear is tan  jazz shoes. Hair should be pulled off the face in a bun, braid, or ponytail. A solid white leotard should be worn the day of the performance.

Gentleman should wear plain black pants/ shorts and a plain white t-shirt. Footwear is black jazz shoes. 

***Costumes and accessories for performance will be provided by Passion Academy***

What to Bring: two snacks, lunch, and a water bottle. Please make sure to label.
