Performance Weekend Dates
May 16/17 at Deep Run High School
Students must be available for the full day for both days. Tech and Dress rehearsal are on Saturday and there are 2 performances on Sunday. All students perform in both performances.
Rehearsals
For this production, much of the ensemble choreography for younger/lower level dancers will be learned during class time starting mid-February.
Other important mandatory rehearsal dates (outside of class) include:
Sat April 25 PUT TOGETHER in afternoon 2:30 – 6:30
Sun April 26 PUT TOGETHER 12:00 – 6:30
Mon May 11 – Fri May 15 Put-together Rehearsal Week (afternoons/evenings)
For some ensemble groups, there will possibly be one scheduled rehearsal in March (NOT during private school spring break) as well as the weekend of April 18/19. These schedules will be determined once casting is completed and we get started on our preparations.
In order to run rehearsals efficiently and effectively, we expect all students to be at the put-together rehearsals. We ask that families of participants send us any previously scheduled conflicts with rehearsal dates via email as soon as possible. I take these conflicts into account when creating the schedules in order to achieve full attendance.
