This week long mini session is great for those students interested in trying tap dancing. Join us for a week of learning the foundations and basics of tap, while also having fun creating rhythms, tempos and learning your very first tap dance to be performed on the final day. Whether you’re trying tap for the very first time or taking your tap dancing to the next level, we know you’ll fall in love (or deeper in love) with this exciting style of dance! Parents will be invited into the studio to view a performance of the choreography learned during the last 15 minutes of the session on Friday.

What to Wear:
Ladies should wear a plain leotard (no skirt attached) with light pink tights worn under the leotard or black leggings worn over the leotard. Footwear is tap shoes. Hair should be pulled off of the face in a ponytail or ballet bun. No jewelry with the exception of stud earrings should be worn.
Gentlemen should wear plain black knit shorts or leggings and a plain white t-shirt. Footwear is tap shoes with white socks.
